Star Trek Online Players Offered 2-for-1 Ticket Discount to Hollywood Xpo Convention
If you are one of the few still playing Star Trek Online (STO), then you should have received a special offer e-mail today from Cryptic Studios. Players of the game are being given the opportunity to take advantage of a special discount on tickets to the Hollywood Xpo convention. STO players can buy one ticket to Hollywood Xpo, and get a second ticket for free. This very special two-for-one offer ends midnight, October 4, 2010. You must have the link from the e-mail to get the discount, so if you have a friend that plays, maybe they’ll be nice enough to send it to you.
Hollywood Xpo is taking place October 15 – 17, 2010, at the Hilton at Universal Studios in Hollywood, California.
Some of the Star Trek celebrity guests for Hollywood Xpo include: Walter Koenig (Chekov), Nichelle Nichols (Uhura) and Grace Lee Whitney (Rand) from original Star Trek and Jonathan Frakes (Cmdr. Hollywood Xpo will also feature photo opportunities with celebrity guests, autographs at the Walk of Fame, an Artist’s Alley of comic book artists offering demonstrations of their work, film screenings, an award ceremony, costume contest and more.

Friday: $25
Saturday: $30
Sunday: $25
