Before I launch into this little rant, I just want to point out that I’m actually a huge fan of Fox’s hit television show, Glee. I watch it religiously. I own the music. Call me a Gleek. That said, I have absolutely no idea why the network is bringing cast members from the show to San Diego Comic-Con (SDCC) this year, and why there’s a whole panel dedicated to it. Yes, the term for Glee fans, “Gleek”, is sorta close to the word “Geek”, but I just don’t think that’s enough to justify their appearance.

Last night, the epic television series that was Lost came to an end with a two and a half hour series finale (and don’t worry, you won’t find any spoilers here). It has, no doubt, inspired legions of dedicated and loving fans will be looking to sink their teeth into anything and everything Lost to make up for the show being off the air. So, that begs the question: where are the Lost conventions?

Yesterday I had a bit of a fangirl moment. David Blue, who is one of the stars on Stargate Universe, told his Twitter followers that he’d be doing a bit of a Q&A session. We had 15 minutes to submit questions. This is what I sent:
