It may be getting colder out, but that doesn’t mean “convention season” is over just yet. Below is a list of anime conventions happening across the globe this very weekend, November 12 – 14, 2010. We’ve got cons going on from Texas to Denmark!

Details: Tickets are $55 for the weekend. One-day tickets are also available. Guests include the Clockwork Dolls, cosplayer Yaya Han, voice actress Mary Elizabeth McGlynn, voice actor Chris Sabat, voice actress Cristina Vee, and many more.

Chicago Kollision Con
November 12-14, 2010

Details: Tickets are $45 for the weekend. One-day tickets are also available. Guests include actor Robert Axelrod, voice actors Matthew Mercier and Christopher Smith, and cosplayer Barbara Staples.

Details: Tickets are $45 for the weekend. One-day tickets are also available. Guests include voice actor Chris Cason, actress Liana Kerzner, and musical guests Luzmelt.

Hama-Con Holiday Anime Mini-con

Bevill Conference Center and Hotel, Huntsville, Alabama, USA

Details: Tickets are $7, or $5 with a food donation. There will be an AMV contest, a cosplay parade, Japanese cultural events, panels, a view room, and more.

Details: Tickets are $46 for the weekend. One-day tickets are also available. Guests include voice actress Jamie Marchi, voice actor Troy Baker, voice actor Todd Haberkorn, and more.

DGI-byen, Copenhagen, Denmark

Details: This is “The oldest and largest convention in Denmark” that focuses on anime and Japanese culture. Vic Mignogna, noted voice actor, will be a guest. Weekend tickets are 350,- DKK (that’s Danish Crowns).

Details: This is a free event. From the organizers: “Enjoy a day of anime, video games, a costume contest, a theater-style viewing room, and prizes. And best of all? It’s completely free! The con begins 8:30am with Registration, the first event starting at 9:00am, and the fun ends at 8:00pm.”

Details: This is a free event. Artists Haley Salie and Artist Rex are guests. There will be a dealer’s room, panels, an AMV contest, and more.

Details: Tickets are $10. This one-day con features 3 rooms of AV programming, a small area for vendors and artists and roughly 20 live events.

Details: Tickets are $12. Guests are still to be announced. Events include anime screenings, an AMV contest, cosplay contest, vendor’s room and more.
