Join Us at MAGFest and KotoriCon This Weekend!
The Convention Fans Blog team is splitting up this weekend to cover two great events: MAGFest and KotoriCon.
MAGFest is an annual gaming and musical festival located in the Washington D.C. area. Each year, MAGFest offers 24-hour console, arcade, and PC game rooms, over ten live video game cover bands, a vendors area, and guest speakers from the video game industry and fan scene. Numerous other events are scheduled each day. MAGFest 9 is scheduled for January 13-16 2011, at the Hilton Marks Center in Alexandria, Virginia. For more info please visit http://magfest.org.
KotoriCon is an anime convention held in New Jersey, featuring numerous performances from musical acts, several martial arts demonstrations, cosplay contests, panels, and more. One of our favorite singers, Reni Mimura, will be in attendance. It is happening January 14 – 15, 2011, at Gloucester Community College in Sewell, New Jersey.
