FAN:dom Begins This Weekend
If you love anime, and you live near Pensacola, then mark your calendar for this weekend’s FAN:dom Convention!
FAN:dom is a celebration of everything anime. It’s being held November 12 and 13 at the University of West Florida, in Pensacola (the part of Florida that isn’t owned by Disney). There are a ton of events packed into this event, including a cosplay contest, a rave, panels, and a Quidditch tournament. OK, so maybe Quidditch isn’t very anime-related, but it’s still fun! If that’s not your thing, then you can check out the artists and guests attending the event, including one of the voice actors from Pokemon.
Online ticket sales are closed, but you can still purchase tickets at the door on the day of the con. Ten dollars gets you in for the whole weekend, and kids age 10 and under are free. If you’re an anime fan, don’t miss this event!
