Geoff Johns and Jim Lee, the creative Team for DC’s relaunched Justice League will appear at panels and DC booth at New York Comic Con come October.

NYCC offers VIP ticket packages filled with perks and goodies. The Special Access Package is sold out, but there are still some limited VIP tixs available in the Anime Access and Ultimate Access packages.

In case you weren’t aware, the New York Comic Con was this past weekend, Friday, October 8th to Sunday, October 10th. It was an awesome time, even if the event was really disorganized. It was a weekend packed with panels, signings, special guests, and lots of costumes. Despite the event being rather (or super) disorganized, the weekend was a good time anyway, especially if you enjoy pop culture. Luckily, Joey and I do!

Once upon a time, I was a Con, which is to say I went to conventions as an attendee. Then one day as a solution to lacking financial resources, I weaseled my way into volunteering at a convention, and I became a Pro. Now I’m still a Con at some shows, but I’ve learned that being a Pro is a lot more fun.

New York Comic Con (NYCC) has today announced its first major round of comic guest appearances at this year’s show which will take place at the Jacob K. Javits Center in New York City, October 8 – 10, 2010. Convention officials note that while the final NYCC guest list will span the pop culture universe, including authors, writers, film actors and directors, by far the largest contingent of guest appearances will be from the world of comics. A few of the many guests who have been revealed in today’s announcement include: Adam Hughes, Steve McNiven, Steve Epting, Bob Layton and Greg Pak.
