Press Release: Planning Out The Comicon Experience Just Got Easier
The ConQuest Convention Scheduler is the latest edition to the Phoenix Comicon website.
Phoenix, AZ May 12, 2010: Phoenix Comicon fans and site users can now create an account to have their own personal panel and event scheduling assistant at phoenixcomicon.com with the new ConQuest Convention Scheduler.“This is perfect, now members can easily plan out their Comicon experience for later this month.” Said Anabel Martinez, Director of Marketing for Phoenix Comicon.
The ConQuest Convention Scheduler opened up to the public mid-April, and already is a huge hit with fans attending Phoenix Comicon. As most fans may know, throughout the Programming and the Guest pages on the Phoenix Comicon website, there is a “Where I’ll Be” section. Once fans are logged into the new scheduler they can add that panel to their own personal ConQuest. It’s that easy. Once logged in, users will also notice other events marked in their Conquest Calendar, which can be customized to their liking.
Phoenix Comicon Communications Manager, Kate Davids explains, “Basically, leave the highlighter behind and don’t worry about flipping that programming guide, ‘cuz it’s all here for you!”
Phoenix Comicon is the signature pop culture event of the southwest, presenting guests and programming for hobbyists and fans by attracting the top segments of the comics, anime, sci-fi, film, TV, and gaming industries. Entering its ninth year, Phoenix Comicon is expected to draw over 10,000+ attendees to its May 27-30, 2010 convention held at the Phoenix Convention Center and Hyatt Regency located in downtown Phoenix.
