Conventions This Month: July 2011
1 July 2011
by Chriss Cornish
It’s July, time for Comic-Con at last! Plus Gam3rcon, a brand new gaming focused convention here in San Diego running concurrently with SDCC.
And if that weren’t excitement enough to make your geeky little hearts go pitter-patt, there are TONS of anime conventions across the country for this month; July is practically the unofficial Anime Convention Month. Plus oodles of of other genre, pop culture, and geek events.
I went a little overboard this month, listing WAY more fan cons than I usually do. But if there’s still somehow nothing here to your taste, take a look-see for yourself using the resources in my Convention Lists & Calendar Sites article. Always remember, the internet is your convention research buddy.
