Reminder: Shore Leave 32 is Almost Here!
Last year one of my favorite conventions was Shore Leave. It was a nice mid-sized con that offered a great mix of science fiction and actual science programming, along with interesting celebrity Q&As, and vendors. Shore Leave is a fan-run convention held in Baltimore, Maryland (USA). It is happening July 9-11, 2010 at the Marriott’s Hunt Valley Inn.

Press Release: Don’t Miss the Final Five Cylons at Chicago Comic Con
In the end there were only five. The final five Cylons of Battlestar Galactica were humanity’s last hope to find Earth. We got ‘em. They’ll all be in Chicago. There were a total of 13 Cylons over the course of the BSG series, but it’s the final five that created the suspense and revelations fans love. MEET THE FINAL FIVE

FedCon – Europe’s Biggest Star Trek and Sci-Fi Convention
Although The Convention Fans Blog is mostly geared towards fandom conventions in the US and Canada, I wanted to take a moment to post about FedCon, which is Europe’s biggest Star Trek and sci-fi convention.
