This news is a couple months old, but it’s new news to me so I figured I’d share. In one of the most off-hand ways imaginable BlizzCon has announced the canceling of BlizzCon 2012.

Looks like there were snafus with the online badge sales for SDCC again. Shocked, aren’t you. The upshot is that they’ll be having one more membership sales event this March.

Party at Anachronism 4.5, a gothic steampunk benefit show for Gil Cnaan, and have a very undead neo-Victorian April Fools.

Holly speed of time, Batman! It’s WonderCon week already. I’m mildly flabbergasted. Wasn’t it JUST January? Is March seriously almost over? Is this weekend really March 16-18?

March 2-4 is ConDor, San Diego’s best science fiction/fantasy convention. Let the literary glut begin!
