After pleasing fans for years Leonard Nimoy is finally retiring from the fan convention circuit. Two upcoming Official Star Trek Convention events will mark his last scheduled celebrity convention appearances.

45th Anniversary of STAR TREK in the world’s most beautiful place: HAWAII!

Creation Entertainment’s Official STAR TREK Convention: The Celebration of The 45th Anniversary is beaming into New Jersey on June 24-26, 2011 and you are invited! We do have to warn tell you that among our first four special guests are B’ETOR and LURSA, those devious and manipulative Duras Sisters of The Klingon Empire. As portrayed by Gwynth Walsh and Barbara March, the Klingons have decided to appear on the East Coast!

Yesterday Creation Entertainment, the only company authorized to hold official Star Trek conventions, announced that they would be returning to Phoenix, Arizona in 2011. For those who may not know, the year 2011 marks the 45th anniversary of Star Trek. Creation is celebrating that milestone with additional cities added to their official Star Trek convention tour.
