Sitting at home or work wishing you were at San Diego Comic-Con 2010? Yeah, we are too. That’s why we’re watching the Twitter updates for the official hashtag #SDCC and living vicariously through the attendees. It’s definitely not like being there, but at least we get to see some funny pictures, read all the big announcements, and feel bad for those sitting in line for the next 10 hours just to get a glimpse at the latest from the new Tron movie. Our Picks for Must See Sunday Programming at San Diego Comic-Con 2010

Every year we cry a little bit about not making it out to California for San Diego Comic-Con International (or SDCC for short). Even though we won’t be attending SDCC 2010, we have looked over the schedule and created a list of “must see” events and panels that we would attend if we were there. Since that programming list so incredibly long, we’re breaking down these recommendations into specific days. Wizard World Chicago Comic Con attendees can check out dozens of the latest and greatest gaming titles when SFX360 (www.SFX-360.com), a worldwide multi-platform, multimedia gaming community, introduces “The Gamers Haven,” a mix of free play and tournaments of the most popular games like Transformers. Singularity, Guitar Hero, DJ Hero, Modern Warfare 2, Gears Of War 2, Halo 3, Crackdown 2, Red Dead Redemption, Super Street Fighter IV, Madden 11, and Kane & Lynch 2. SFX360 will be showcasing the Mafia II Demo all weekend as well.

Press Release: Twice As Nice: Wizard World Announces New Spring Comic Con In New York City, May 6-7-8, 2011

Gareb Shamus, CEO of Wizard Entertainment, today announced the addition of a Spring event, Comic Con NYC, set for May 6-8, 2011, at the newly renovated Penn Plaza Pavilion in New York. This fall, the site will host its first Big Apple Comic Con, October 1-3, with Adam West, Mickey Rooney, Julia Jones and Mark Millar among the highlighted attendees, with many more to be announced.
