Tolkien Moot is an annual convention, usually held in Washington, that is dedicated to J.R.R. Tolkien enthusiasts, gamers, and scholars. Good ‘ol JRR is the author of such fantasy works as The Hobbit and the Lord of the Rings trilogy, which you may have heard of.

HammerCon is a game convention run for gamers by gamers. The Canadian event, now in its third year, will be held November 4-5, 2011, at the Plaza Hamilton hotel located in downtown Hamilton, Ontario.

CondorCon 18 will be holding a blood drive in partnership with the Mandalorain Mercs, a Star Wars costume club.

Fan Favorite and ECCC staple Wil Wheaton returns for the 2011 event.

Event submission is open for Gen Con Indy. They’re aiming to break their 2010 record for gaming events.
