The San Diego Comic-Con has had several online registration hiccups, but they’ve finally worked them out and attendee registration for the 2011 SDCC will open next week.
Each year the San Diego Comic Con holds the prestigious Eisner Awards. Alongside this they also give an everyone-chosen Spirit of Comics Retailer Award. ANYONE can place a name for nomination be they fan, pro, or retailer.
Boston Comic Con is moving! They’ll be bigger than ever for their 2011 event (April 30 to May 1), which will now be held at the John B. Hynes Veterans Memorial Convention Center.
Each year the SDCC holds an independent movie fest; the Comic-Con International Independent Film Festival (CCI-IFF). The deadline for submissions is February 15, 2011.
